Guardians of the Republic hail successful launch of Shenzhou VI with great joy

    When the happy tidings of the successful launch of the Shenzhou VI manned spacecraft came right after the conclusion of the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC, undefined undefined all the officers and men of the PLA and the Armed Police Force, from the four general headquarters/departments to the grassroots units, from the border posts to military barracks in the interior, from the first-line troops to scientific research institutes, are immersed in great joy and excitement.     The successful launch of Shenzhou VI has evoked strong reverberation in the military educational institutions such as the National Defense University, the Military Academy of Sciences, the National University of Defense Technology, and scientific research institutes, such as a certain research institute under the Headquarters of the General Staff of the PLA and a certain research institute under the Armed Police Force. The vast teaching staff and scientific workers of the army indicated that they would learn from the comrades working on China's space program, and work hard in a pioneering spirit and race against time so as to cultivate more competent personnel for our national defense modernization drive and present more first-rate scientific research results to the motherland.
